Improved BUT THEY BROKE WHAT NEVER NEEDED FIXING
I would like to make a few points about these slippers. First years ago I always bought Isotoner slippers, then they went to China. They used to wash nicely when made in the USA, once they went to China, once you washed them, they became lumpy inside and very uncomfortable to walk in. I will only be hand washing this pair. So while they have improved, They NOW COST WHAT THEY WOULD HAVE IF THEY HAD NEVER GONE TO CHINA, AND THE QUALITY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AS BEFORE IT LEFT. I'm also on my 14th vacuum cleaner from China and none lasts more than 6 months. (At $ 100.00 per vacuum cleaner, I'm sure an American could have made a $ 200.00 one that did the job and lasted instead of $ 1,400.00 for 14 vacuum's that last 6 months each - but do lay around in our garbage dumps!) Perhaps you can see the ponzi scheme this environmental stuff is from this example!

Breaking up with you Isotoner
This is without a doubt the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Let the list begin: Way too small. I wear an 8, bought 8-9 and toes hit the end. Way too narrow. Padding does not cover the inside bottom of slipper and you can feel a ridge all around. They fit better when I reversed the feet!! Back of heel depth not adequate to keep shoe on heel. Too tight across the top of foot. I would return them, but since they are in the trash I won't even bother...plus I cut a little slit in the top to try and get some tightness relief. My plan was to just wear them at my desk and no one would see....but, they do fit the trash can perfectly. Sorry Isotoner.....what happened to you? You were my favorite but I must break up with you now. I will move on and you will get over it.

Lovely slippers! One of my favorites!!!
I love these slippers but they don't exactly have really good arch support. As someone who suffers from PF and heel spurs, I need good arch support, but these slippers when they are brand new, they are just about unbeatable. When they first arrive, if the foam could remain that firm, they would be awesome. I love the sole in the bottom and prefer to the ones that have a leather type bottom. These do keep your feet warm but the material breathes and that is a great feature.I do machine wash mine and let them air dry. The foam inside of the pair I just threw out had shifted and they became lumpy. These won't be my every day slipper but they are very comfortable and safe to walk in the house.I got the white ones with stripes inside on the footbed. I previously had the heather gray ones. I got these on sale for $15 which I think is a good price.

Do not purchase these slippers
Not sure I would even give them one star. I have been wearing Isotoner Ballet slippers for many years, but have noticed the last couple pairs I have bought were not the same quality as in previous years. This pair is much worse than any Isotoner Ballet Slipper I have ever purchased. There is not enough fabric to keep them on my feet, and no toe room. I wear a 6 1/2 shoe and have always bought the Medium slippers (6 1/2 to 7 1/2), but these are not only smaller and narrower they also do not come up as high on my foot in the front or the back. I did notice that the pair before these did not come up as high on my heel as previous ones. I think Isotoner is skimping on material and yet still selling for the same price. I will not be purchasing Isotoner slippers in the future. Very disappointed!WOW! THANK YOU, Amazon for refunding my money on this purchase!

SIZE CAN BE HIT OR MISS
Isotoner has always been my go to slipper. This pair actually fits rather well, the length is closer to a size 7 and doesn’t dig into my heels or place any pressure on my toes. These slippers are a FLAT so there is no arch support and the cushion on the interior deflates pretty quickly. The pair before, these replaced wore out. I have never had a pair give out before, but that pair felt more like a six so I used that pair as scuffs instead of slippers. I wish this company would come out with a ballet scuff slipper with the hard sole, Terri cloth uppers, and ballet front. That would be great because some times the elastic can be too tight and place pressure on one’s toes, heels or both. I have found that the newer hard sole Isotoners are hit and miss in the sizes. This pair is just fine in the fit, the pair before was to small. These are used as house shoes so there are times when socks are also worn with them.

Not a good product.
Was very confused over the size options in the drop down menu. Chose the 6.5, as I'm a 6.5 shoe, and hoped for the best. Well, just received them and they're way too big. Slip right off my feet. I'm waiting to hear back on a return shipping label so I can return for the next size down, whatever that is (cannot figure out those drop down menu sizes). Other than that, they seem nicely made and very cushy and comfy!! Don't know how they'll hold up, but, from initial impression, I look forward to getting a pair in the right size.EDITED 2/3/15Well, I just received the new slippers in the smaller size and I'm just wishing I'd gone for a refund instead of an exchange. These are horribly misshapen. My feet slip off center, off to the outer edges, on both slippers. Plus, they slip down off my feet at the heel. You have to pay for returns. I had tried asking them for a postage paid return, but they didn't go for it. If Amazon wasn't good enough to give me a credit for the equivalent ($4.03), these would have cost me even more. Don't want to go through all this a third time, so out they go and I'm cutting my losses.EDITED 2/4/15Seller came through for me with a refund! Seller responded to my email, wanting to make things right and giving me a full refund. I am very pleased with their customer service and, after this, I would order from them again (though not these slippers, but that's a product issue, not a seller issue) and I would recommend them to others.

Slips Off of Heel
I wanted to like these because I've had Isotoner slippers ballet slippers in the past (not terry), and the material is comfy. The problem is that they wouldn't stay on my feet and kept slipping off at the heel. I normally wear shoes in size 6.5 to 7. While I ordered the proper size, they just won't stay on. I don't think they are using enough material for the correct height at the back of the slipper. Either that or they need to make single sizes instead of size ranges. I wouldn't buy these again.
