Track Paradox Bowling Ball

I'm sure it's fine. I'm NOT sure if my guy drilled it correctly for what I want but it's a pretty ball and it's a start.

Bowler type: Speed dominant, low revI threw this ball at an EBI demo day in Oklahoma and didn't like it very much. For a ball with so much hype, it didn't really perform that well. I was looking for a ball that would do well on heavier oil conditions such as flat 40' or 43' Tokyo. This ball didn't meet its lofty (pun intended) standards. The I-core 2.0 didn't get this ball into a heavy roll, though the coverstock did fairly well. I found that the Red Legend Solid and Severe Delirium both got into much stronger rolls. This ball is in between the Severe Delirium and the Bad Intentions.

I purchased a Paradox in December. First game I rolled a 214, not bad for my first game in 15 years. I've been bowling pretty consistently above 180 and have bowled quite a few 200+ games.However this past week when bowling a game I heard something that didn't sound quite right. When the ball came back I found it had developed a crack in the outer covering. The crack was a good 7 inches long. It was on the side totally opposite from the finger holes so it has nothing to do with the drilling.Took it to the pro shop and the guy said he'd never seen anything like it. Took some pics to send to the rep. He told me that it would probably be OK to bowl with until I received a replacement authorization in a week or so. I wasn't going to bowl any further with it, but decided to go ahead and finish the game I had started. 3 frames later the ball developed a large crack/depression that measured 4 inches long, 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep. My day was done, which was a shame because I was killing it and was well on my way to a 220 game.I had this ball less than 2 months and it was purchased brand new. Definitely getting a different ball to replace it.
