Well organized. Can read a few of the titles, put it down, and come back to it when you have time. Great suggestions backed by research and knowledge. Easy to follow and implement. I checked it out from the library and then bought my own copy so I could refer to it again and again.

This book is short and sweet. Everyone over 40 should read it.

Practical advice mixed with evidence based research. Really enjoyed finding out about this topic. I have taken onboard what I have learnt in the book and applied some to my daily life..
