I remember my mum using this when I was a child, then it suddenly disappeared it's only in the last few years that I've seen it again. I'm a YouTube Cooking Channel fan this seasoning is a big hit, especially in America. I wanted to try it again because I couldn't remember the taste, it's not cheap but I found it in Lidl's and Tesco 75g £3.00. It's meant to have a Perfect 👌 marriage with seafood 🐙 🦑 🦀🦐🦞🐟 and Chicken 🐔 🍗 I sprinkled it but generously on chicken wings and roasted them, they came out deliciously juicy with a hint of warmth maybe from the paprika or the mustard definitely a winning Recipe. I like that it has no Artificial flavourings, colours, MSG, suitable for vegans no preservatives, has your usual herbs bay leaves, thyme, basil, rosemary. Spices, celery seeds, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cloves, coriander and allspice which is Jamaica pimento pepper. I like this Seasoning, I decided to buy the larger size because it's not always available in my supermarket, expiry date April 2025. It's very versatile nice on vegetables, especially potatoes 🥔 🍠 I've watched recipes where it's sprinkled on popcorn 🍿 and even old bay ice cream 🍦 It's recommended because it can be used in so many different recipes, so you'll always get your money's worth. My friend likes to cook snapper fish on the barbecue using old bay as the main seasonings.

We purchased this product as our go to chicken seasoning was not available and we are pleased that we did. We have found that this seasoning is very versatile and it can be used on a multitude of items as it complements and lifts many meats etc. I have to say that I found this seasoning a tad mild when compared to are old version but we soon got used to this product and in some ways bing more mild has made it more versatile. One of my favourites is rubbing it into the fat on a joint of pork as it makes the most gorgeous, tasty, crackling.

Gives good aroma and lift the taste of food when used. Little quantity goes a long way. Enjoyable cooking experience
