Needed another garage door remote and went with this one. Instructions are well explained and couldn’t be easier. Took about one min to set it up and everything worked the first time around. Came with a battery installed. It’s very lightweight compared to my old one. The size is perfect. So far so good.

Super easy to set up. My opener had the three DIP option settings. Changed them as per the instructions, matched the remote to the opener, clicked the button the number of times indicated on the instructions and it's set! 5 minute.

I had ordered one of these and it was faulty. The led light never turned on. Took it apart and the mother board had white stuff all over it. Assuming glue? Sent it back got another sent. Tried programming it and it seemed like it would work then again the led light wouldn't turn on and was completely unresponsive. Very frustrating unclear instructions and it doesn't work at all. Returned again and looking for one that will work. Don't waste your time or money on this.

Working great for over two months. It took a little persistence to set it up, because, like the instructions say, your dip switch count may vary pending your garage door opener model. Setting the “unused” dip switches in correct position was the key to remote functioning. This remote saved me a lot of money, because my garage door opener has a lot of life left.

Instructions were easy to follow, despite my worries of being incapable of following instructions provided in the manual. The entire process of figuring out the type of motor for my garage door and pairing the remote control took me 6 minutes.
