My advice is do not take it everyday as it hinders the potential of caffeine and make your body resistant to it and do not consume in late evening if your body is not resistant, then you will lose sleep.

It's a good product,just for testing me and my 2 friend's took at 7pm when we start our workout has a good result and good pump , after that result we stopped using it in evening because at that day we 3 didn't sleep till the next day and we are fresh through whole night, we changed our workout to morning, just writing it after one month of usage it's working good and no side-effects yetBest product after c4 compared it , where c4 gives you mental alertness by raising your heart beat at night and makes you suffer where it only keep you fresh through whole night and wouldn't feel any tired 😴, enjoy it .

I did not feel a major difference in my energy levels before and after taking one tablet, so I had to take 1½... Which gave a slight boost. I feel it's underpowered. Better to go for Nutrija Caffeine supplements.PS: No I'm not tolerant to caffeine, 3 sachets of Nescafe gave me a better energy boost than 200mg of this tablet.
