Nice design with quality materials, works best when the fragrance oil container is full... so best to keep it topped up. Very nice looking and keeps the car smelling fresh without overpowering fragrance. I have changed my rating to 2 stars.... I was very happy with my purchase, but after 2 months it has just stopped working....I have tried contacting the seller, but no response. I have now changed my rating again back to 5 stars: The first Item I received was excellent and received a 5 star rating, but after about 1 month it stopped working, so I changed my rating to 2 star. After making contact with Trudin, their customer service was outstanding and they dispatched a replacement unit immediately, I am happy to say that the replacement is working just fine. So now, Trudin not only received 5 stars for an excellent product, they also get 5 stars for their fantastic customer service.

I bought this product, after a month of use, it started to show issues while operating, and when I reached out to customer care, they immediately sent a replacement device. Now it has no issues and working as expected. Scent is super, I had tried all the 3 scents, its all good, can't say which one is better that other. Now I had used oit for more than 3 months and in a good state to provide review on this product. You can definitely go for buying it with eyes closed. any issues even after return window will be addressed by customer support.

While the product seems well made, there are a couple issues that led me to return the unit: 1. The oils provided we're not pleasing to me. When I tried my own, the unit does not work properly. The directions indicate that we need to use their oils, but I could not find a shop that carried other options. 2. The provided oil work for a day or two, but them the device got clogged with the oil. The interface between the wick and the top cover were heavily covered with unspent oil, and the device stopped working (no more visible mist). 3. When I changed the wick for another scent, there's a little spring in the wick housing that must have fallen out. There’s nothing in the instructions that referred to the spring, how to check for it or to make sure it's there when swapping out the wicks.

This is a well designed and well constructed product. It’s mostly made of plastic, but has some heft to it. The controls are easy to use and set up of the device is simple. It comes with three bottles of essential oils and the scents are just “ok”. The “floral” scent is a little too sweet smelling for my taste, almost like cotton candy. The “marine” and “cologne” scents are a little subtle and natural, but nothing out of the ordinary. The main problem with this product is that you can only use Trudin dedicated essential oils and unfortunately, the three that come with the product are the only three this company makes. So, your choices are limited. The instructions that come with the product states to only use Trudin oils, but that is never mentioned in the Amazon listing. I think that is an important detail and seems a little shady that it was not included in the listing. However, if you are happy with the provided scents, then you will be happy with this product.

I got this because my new to me car had a smoke smell from the previous owner. The dealership did what they could to get as much out. And they did good but I have a sensitive nose and could still smell a linger. I got this air freshener because of the Intermittent function. I don’t care much for the scents that came with it except the marine scent was nice. I bought some other oils to use also and even mixed them. It works good. The charge lasts a while. I’ve left it on accidentally over night a few times and it’s still going by the end of the next day. The only problem I find is leaving it on the dash and it getting hot (even with a sun shade) it doesn’t want to work well or it takes a few minutes for it to really start “poofing” out the scent. I’ve had if for enough time now to feel like I don’t like it as much. I’ve noticed the top where the power button is, is lifting. And it’s kinda a pain to turn off. It’s cool and different but I probably wouldn’t buy it again. *****EDIT***** I was contacted by the company recently 1/2022 and they offered me to either replace with a newer version, or refund. I'm very impressed with them. They did not have to do that. If I ever need anything this company offers I would definitely purchase from them again, their customer service is amazing!

This essential oil diffuser is awesome. It works so good and the quality of the three bottles of different scented oils are very good quality. This really does work well in my car. So well that I have to turn it off after about 10 minutes. The smell does stay pretty good in linger because it's oil based. I always use it on the highest setting and the battery charge lasts over an hour I've continuous use on the highest setting. Comes with an anti-slip mat for the bottom so that you can put it on your dash and it won't slide off as easily. This essential oil diffuser is very portable and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more thrilled with it and use it in both the house and in my car. As mentioned in my video my favorite scent is the cologne but the other two are great as well.

The product works great. The sticky pad works really well. And it seems to diffuse properly. I'm still not sure if I can put water in it. And the "auto shut off feature" that turns the diffuser off when the car is off and on when the car is on is not working. My diffuser just stays on. I was in my car for a lunch break and the car was off and the diffuser was still on. Even this morning I'm walking to my car and I saw the diffuser puff out some oil before I even opened my car door. Idk if I got a defective one. But now I have to turn it on and off every time I leave the car which is annoying because I'm very forgetful. It was pretty much the main feature that made me buy it and spend so much money on it. Disappointing.... ***Edit*** I originally posted this as 3 stars but have to update this to 5 stars because of the amazing customer service. They reached out to my personally to tell me my product was probably damaged in transit and said they would make it right by sending me a new one. Unfortunately someone must have stolen my package with the new diffuser in it and I thought that would be the end of it. But nope they sent me another! I'm overly impressed with the length they took to "make it right" is what they said. After testing the new one for a few days... it works great, just as they said I would. I highly recommend this company just by the customer experience alone! But the purification is great too 👍🏼 👍🏼

I was beyond excited to receive this product since I have a very large dog and an athlete husband (which can cause some smells from time to time). Once out to use the diffuser did a wonderful job. The scent is strong and keeps the car fresh throughout the car ride. To my disappointment it started to spray less and less scent after filling it up for the second time…at this point it doesn’t spray at all and it won’t charge fully. That means I’ve been trying to make it work for a few months now but it doesn’t seem to last long…after reading a few reviews this has unfortunately been an issue for others as well. It was great while it lasted and and I wish I could have used it longer than 3 months. I bought this product in November 2022 and since February I’ve been having issues to getting it to work. A bummer since this product seemed very promising.
