Such a marvelous piece for attracting birds
For an urban setting where you crave to see some melodious birds other than "ohh so abundant and dissonant crows and pigeons", the feeder is perfect for attracting little grass seed eating birds. Fill it with kangni (Foxtail millet) seeds and be patient for as long as you can, because, birds may take too much time to identify their source of food. In my case I waited 20 days and then the first flock of Silverbills came and now maybe 50-60 birds feed through my 2 feeders daily. They come at dawn and dusk singing me all the melodies they have.
