I have a genetic deficiency MTHFR for vitamins, I take this and one other vitamin to help obsorption. I only wish I knew about this years ago. Love that I can get this good quality sppliment here

This *works*!!!!! I am a mom of 4- two of which have some specialized needs and after multiple genetics screenings was trying to find an explanation of not one but two rare speech disorders and the one commonality between all of us was being compound heterozygous for MTHFR. That being said we had specifically requested from our neurologist Leucovorin (which she denied on good conscience as she wanted more research completed prior to prescribing) but let me know that folinic acid can be purchased over the counter in smaller amounts which led me here. I titrated the dosage but within two weeks my daughter's eye tracking was much better and she is speaking more clearly. I can't claim this is a miracle supplement for all but it absolutely helped our family and is worth a try for anyone with littles that have speech delays!! Also they are liposomal and taste good so make sure thepy are child proofed as the container is easily opened. 10000% Worth it and I have this on auto ship.

I’ve been taking Seeking Health Hydroxo B12 for a bit now and it’s actually been really helpful. For the price it works, no complaints at all. I’ve noticed it’s even helped ease some of my autism symtoms, which I really wasn’t expecting. I feel a little clearer and more balanced on the days I take it. Easy to use, no bad taste, and overall just does what it’s supposed to. Definetly worth trying. I noticed a bigger effect when letting it dissolve sublingually under my tounge rather than chewing it up / swolling/ that may be an important factor.

Just feels good. If you’re a sensitive methylators, or you know, you carry many of the common variants, and you’re looking to customize your B’s, it’s worth giving this one a try. I’m going to re-order, though I really just take a fraction of a tablet.

This is the only B12 formula I can take. No side effects and the taste is fine. They are small and have a slightly sweet coating. And they keep my B-12 levels just right.

I can definitely see an improvement in my son's speech and dialogue with me.
