Nutrija-TRIMETHYLGLYCINE (TMG) 1000MG - 60 Capsules

He spoke highly of TMG, which led me to watch a detailed lecture by Gary Brecka, a human biologist, who explained how TMG can significantly improve heart health. Since I’ve been facing these challenges myself, I decided to give it a shot and looked for options on Amazon. I found many brands, but I was often disappointed by the presence of synthetic preservatives, fillers, and additives in their ingredients. That’s when I discovered Nutrija. I was immediately impressed and placed an order. Wow! I can’t express how pleased I am with the quality – they truly deliver on their promises. I bought TMG health supplement of M/S Nutrija recently through Amazon. Right after first day of using it, I experienced a surge in energy in me. The lethargy and sleepiness I used to feel in the aftenoon disappeared. I feel it is a great product to be taken by every body and congratulate the company for making such a nice product.

I have been giving this to my father since last few months to control homocysteine levels, protein loss and ageing related problems. Nice results, inflammation has also disappeared.

Nutrija say each capsule has 1g (=1,000 mg) of TMG However when I weighed each capsule came out to be of 0.79g (790mgs). I checked multiple times with different capsules. Every time each capsule weighed exactly 0.79g. That means this was done deliberately. Moreover, what I weighed also has the capsule shell weight which means the actual TMG content is much less. From what I understand, it doesn’t have any more than 0.70g (700mgs) of TMG per capsule. That is a whooping 30% less than what is claimed by Nutrija. This is a medicinal/nutraceutical item and 30% matters a lot. Further, this also raises doubt about the quality of the product. If they can lie on the dose, they can lie on the quality too. I have to take 3 capsules (instead of the recommended 1 capsule) to get the same effect as other brands’ TMG. 2 capsules pre-workout and 1 post workout. Fake marketing and misleading labels. An age old strategy by some brands. But I think, they don’t realise that the consumers have gotten better and smarter with time. I, for one, would NOT buy anything from Nutrija anymore (at least till I learn that they have improved) Thank you team Amazon for initiating my refund.

I have been taking it for 1 week as I have started taking NMN which may deplete the Methyl group in body. It compensate for this loss. Moreover, it has also improved my energy level and slight improvement in exercise efficiency as well.

Have been using TMG since few months from Now foods. Though the quality is not close to Now product but it is far better than other brands and Nutrija is now getting some really good supplements in Indian market with quality. Keep it up.
