Lovely, great flavour, less expensive than many other keto snacks. No maltitol so they're easy on the stomach.

These are delicious and do not kick you out of ketosis like the bars that have Malitol sweetener in them (and spike your insulin) - I recommend microwaving for 15-20 seconds to get the most out of them as they can be a bit stiff otherwise, they taste similar to a lion bar without a wafer - saved my craving as I nearly caved.

My favourite keto friendly chocolate bars. They are a little on the pricey side but everything with better ingredients are more expensive. These are really lovely and you'd never say they had no sugar in them.

These are fantastic, they were brought due to being on a Keto diet, but also being diabetic and they are such good quality.They taste really good not too sweet and lovely texture. To be able to have some chocolate has really helped with the cravings.Each bar is a good size which was just the right amount for an individual portion.The caramel mixed with peanuts and chocolate gives it a lovely texture. I feel these bars are better than snickers bars and really helps people on certain diets.They are quite expensive for what they are and would like them to be cheaper so I could buy them more often.

The taste is excellent, I was worried about the portion size being too small but it’s a good size. Great for on the go needs or a quick breakfast. Very good pricing as other options have gotten far too expensive so a new favourite alternative that I will probably buy very often / potentially weekly for Keto.

The taste is good, and the serving size is great, good for keto diet but unfortunately all the bars upset my stomach which I think is the sorbitol as I can have erythritol without problems.

First off, I think these bars are wonderful. I have been on a strict keto diet 3 times in my life, eating less than 20g of carbs a day so I certianly have the experience to know these bars are absolutely keto friendly.I will bust a myth I have seen many here have. The myth is that these have 11g grams of carbohydrates, but they fail to realise the true digestable amount is 3.9g. The other amount is fibre, and fibre is NOT digestable which means it does not contribute to your daily carbohydrate intake.This is because it passes through your body without even being touched, therefore does not provide nutrition to you (it has other uses). The amount of carbohydrates minus the fibre among other things is referred to as NET carbs hence 3.9g on the title.I hope this helps people who want a low carbohydrate snack. (PS, they are very tasty, just a bit expensive!).
