The company making it is not sure if they are making cacao powder or cocoa powder..The description and labels itself has both the names. For someone producing things they should know the difference between those things.

Good product
Quite a good product.. can be used in raw form too (I.e. without cooking it). A small quantity is enough to impart the chocolate flavour.. reasonably priced too

Not pure cocoa
Smells and tastes weird. It appears that Soya powder, corn starch or some such additives has been added. Hot cocoa tastes absolutely terrible.

Very good quality cocoa powder. Has a very nice natural taste to it. Priced well too. Would recommend to all bakers

The flavour is very good. You need to add sugar if you want to have it with milk. It goes very well with your coffee to make it a mocha
