Mine arrived with exactly 16 grub screws and no spares. Aren't these supposed to have a few spare screws? Thanks

Mine didn’t even come with the 16 it’s supposed to be included. However, I work as a forklift mechanic and acquiring odd screws are no big deal for me. If you want to purchase some yourself, the setscrew is an M4 X 0.80 (4mm diameter with a pitch of 0.8mm between threads). 6mm length is perfect.

Does this come with cleats to attach to a shoe, and will it fit a 2 hole shoe?

To make a slight correction to the other answer, these pedals come with SH-56 cleats (not SH-51). At least, that's what the product description says and that's what was included in my Shimano factory box. There's not much difference between SH-51 and SH-56 cleats (56 are slightly easier release for beginners), they're both standard Shimano 2-hole MTB pedal cleats.
