Stagg Country Chili with Beans, 108 Ounce

Great chili

My boys like this but say it's not "chili" enough for them so they add seasoning to it. My daughter doesn't care for it! It must be good because they don't save me any!👍

I find this to be be very good chili. Plenty of ground beef and bell peppers. Yes, there was some lard/grease at the top of the can, but that is the case with any brand of chili that I have purchased. That is the case even if you make your own chili at home. The grease will rise to the top of any container you store it in. You can scoop out the lard if you must, but you will be removing flavor as well. I suppose you can make chili without the lard if you omit ground beef and use venison, buffalo, chicken, etc. I will be ordering this again soon.

Stagg canned chili is my preferred brand. These big cans equal about 7 single-serving cans and are much cheaper per serving. My only complaint is this was the only variety sold at this size. Stagg Laredo chili & Stagg Turkey chili are my preferred flavors. This time, my delivery came undamaged, but the box had almost busted open. Amazon routinely fails to prevent products from rolling around inside their boxes. Use more padding, Amazon.

This has become a family tradition! My little brother loved it so much when he was a kid that he asked for it as his birthday present! Haha It tastes great and will give your whole family a night of laughter!

I read a lot of good reviews, so I figured I’d give this canned chili a try. I’m not much of a canned chili eater. Definitely not what I expected ..I guess it would be good on hotdogs just not for me. I like to make my own chili and this does not even compare to my chili. I’d have to give this a three out of 10 but everyone has different taste buds so take my reading with a grain of salt.
