Kind of dry, don't know how long it will last, but works really well. Easy to quickly give your shoes a shine, and quick drying.

I have used this to polish my black leather shoes and can almost see a mirror like reflection right after use. The only problem is that it is oil based and dust quickly collects on the shoes. Furthermore, it is next to impossible to do an old fashioned shine after use of this product, because it is oil based. So, if you need a quick shine, this is perfect. However, it is not good shine for an extended period of time.

Very nice shoe polisher. I've had one like it in brown for quite some time now and that's why I bought a black one.
