Sturdy, stable, and attractive.
Does what it sets out to do...holds one (1) guitar, hanging daintily by its headstock. Keeps it off the ground, and definitely beats leaning your axe up against your amp, which, while looking suitably cool, is a recipe for heartbreak. And a damaged guitar. And, inexplicably, psoriasis. Though it's maybe a touch on the pricey side for what it is (that Fender logo adds inherent value, or didn't you know?), it's built to withstand typical rigors, and I have no qualms about hanging even my most prized guitars in its steely grip. Though, and I can't stress this enough, this holds precisely one (1) guitar. Or bass, which it's plenty adjustable enough to accommodate. Or a mandolin. Or a soprano ukulele, if that's the kind of thing you're into. No judgements here. The short version is that it's a darned fine, sturdy, stable, and aesthetically pleasing stand for your guitars. You'll need one for each, however. Just keep that in mind, is what I'm trying to convey here. Buy one. Or, you know, several as applicable.

Great Guitar Stand.
Great Quality, Great Brand , Great sense of security. I travel and it's Great for Hotel life and stage. I've owned several of these stands. They fold up to fit in a suitcase. When unfolded the stand has Great stability and works well. No scratches to guitars.

Great for offset guitars, good build quality
This is a great, sturdy, collapsible, portable, gigable, stand. My favorite thing about it is the way it holds the guitar since I play a Reverend (which I love), which has an oblong shape at the end of the body which makes many traditional (portable) stands kind of finicky. Anyhow, whatever the shape of your guitar this stand seems good quality - had it for 6 months and it’s held up just fine.

Nice stand that works for all my guitars
I needed a stand sturdy enough for all my guitars. In my case, that means acoustic, electric and bass. The neck telescopes enough for accommodate my Sire bass. The legs are padded enough to accomodate my expensive Taylor. it is sturdy enough that I don't worry about it tipping over. The neck rest has a couple of rubber grommets to keep the headstock from slipping off too easily. My only real hesitation is about the extending neck latch. The good news is that it releases easily and can extend up or down as needed. My concern is that the latch is friction based. I don't know how it will perform over time. I had another, similar one that lost its ability to hold the guitar up and became unusable. In time my evaluation of this one may go up if it keeps standing up to the test. I am tempted to get a second one to keep in my stand bag. When I was in a band with singing duties, I carried a mic stand bag and put my guitar stand in it. These days, that is lot more rare for me. With that said, having an extra one at home would still be handy. We have a meeting in our home every week, and one of the guys that comes plays bass for me. Having a stand for him would be a bit safer than what we are doing now. (I know, I know. He should bring his own stand.) This is a good product and, so far, I recommend it.

GREAT guitar stand for the $$
If you can score one of these in the $30-$35 range you're getting a decent deal on a very decent stand of this style. Extremely similar to the more expensive Hercules brand, these have a different height adjustment locking mechanism and simple foam "washers" as retainers, rather than the swiveling "fingers" on the Herc stand. Some mentioned a misalignment in the angle of neck mount vs the base. I have 3 of these stands and they are all off a bit, but have "play" in them so you can pretty much lock them straight, or close enough, and be good to go. They've held every 6 string I've put in them including a very narrow headstock Seagull S6. IMO, these 'hanging' style stands are WAAAY nicer and easier to use than a Quik Lok style stand as you don't have to finagle your guitar in and out, banging the body off the hooks and getting the strings caught on the neck retaining area. They're also MUCH sturdier than the typical $15 standard tripod stand. Bottom line is this is a VERY solid and well designed 'hanging' stand.

Better than cradle type stands
Well made, well priced. Guitar hangs from the neck, body rests on the padded legs, stable and easy to access. With the safety donuts it's harder to get the axe on and off, but with them it's less likely to get knocked off. That's no likely anyway so I took them off.

Helps me practice more
As you can see, I live in limited space. It's an RV. To practice I unpack everything and unfold the rest. After the first practice session, I used to put the guitar back into the case. That's the prefered method if I'm not going to play again for a while. If it's just a short break, this guitar stand is perfect. I've checked with the Fender to make sure that the rubber pads are safe with guitar finished. According to Fender this stand is safe to use with nitrocellulose lacquer finishes. They confirmed, to my satisfaction, that this stand is safe with other finished as well. The stand is sturdy and holds my acoustic guitar securely. This guitar, in the picture, is a parlor sized guitar, and fits well. The guitar is supported by the headstock. There are not supports supporting the bottom of the guitar. This is not a negative, just statement of how the stand works.
