These are great! I love always pads because they’re SO versatile. I’ve used other brands but always is awesome because they have a pad for everyone, and I’ve never worn an always pad that wasn’t absorbent and reliable. I can get small, big, short, long, wide, fragranced, non-fragranced, cotton, etc. I personally love these ones because I move around throughout my day to day, and a lot in my sleep. So the bigger size, soft cotton, and non-fragranced material on top of moving all day keeps me non-irritated and no leaks. I also personally LOVE how they fit to your body and how thin they are. I wear tight pants and leggings a lot and I love how the pad fits to the curve of my body, giving a more natural look rather than a diaper look lol. And the thinness REALLY helps, especially when wearing leggings lol. My experience with thicker pads in the past was not good when it came to the visibility of the pad, if you know what I mean lol. So overall, I love these and give them a 5/5.

I love these pads. The cotton version is so much better. I have been using this from last 3-4 years now and highly recommend it. It doesn’t feel sticky at all and the discomfort level is considerably lower than other (plasticy) pads i have used all my life. The big size (5) feels so much safer.

Not bulky. Great absorption. I don't have leaks and can be used overnight. Very compact and discreet to carry with you. Fits in your pocket and purse. I highly recommend.

Buy these in bulk. Last a while. Love the flex foam comfort. Good coverage. With natural cotton no chemicals. Just a win all around.

These are comfortable and no leakage. I like that they are extra long. Price is reasonable.

Best pads! Once I tried the cotton pads, I’ll never go back. They don’t make me feel like I’m wearing a diaper like the regular pads and feels so much more comfy to wear.

I can't stand wearing pads but if I'm forced to, these are my best option. The cotton top is good for sensitive skin. I get a rash using the regular synthetic top pads. However, the cotton shreds quickly so the pads don't last as long regardless of how much blood flow is going. That's just the nature of a cotton pad top as opposed to a synthetic, so it's a tradeoff. I'm still glad these exist though.

These pads are thin but are reliable. All cotton for the women who need free from ink dye perfumes.
