Suspicious price for a great hat.
The price is suspicious because a good hat should cost more than $40. I expected that the hat might be an overpriced costume item and look cheap from 1/2 mile away. The hat arrived in perfect condition and is better than to be expected. I guess the price of the hat is because it's not "name brand," so what! A great hat in a great condition and not only that it's the best hat I've ever owned. I've tried a few hats over the years and they all seemd to sit funny on my head. This hat sits so well I sometimes forget that I'm even wearing it and when I get where I'm going I take off my coat and get down to business and only after while do I remember it's still on. My only complaint is that I do not have more excuses to leave the house so I can wear it. Why haven't more people ordered this hat and left reviews?This hat is like a truck stop diner, no one you know has even heard of the place, looks like it should be shut down by the health board, but they serve the best damn food you've ever eaten. This hat has a lower price than any other, suspicious, and only one review, how do I now they didn't buy it to toss cards at from across the room when they get board? But you know what, it's the best damn hat I ever owned. Enough said. If you want a black Porkpie hat...stop reading reviews and order the damn hat.

Nice Hat
I just received the hat after ordering it two days ago, so I can't complain about the service. The hat is good quality, not cheaply made at all. It is a little big for me, I should have ordered a large instead of an extra large I think but I put in a couple of cloth "spacers" and it took up the small amount of slack nicely. It looks good and feels good.

Wool Pork Pie Hat
The sizes run a bit large but it is easily corrected with an insert. Very nice product and worth it's cost.

Great Quality
I ordered the large size hat knowing that it is not a crushable hat, medium would have been too snug.My head size is 22 1/4 -22 1/2. This is a hat that is hard like cardboard and does not bend, so I hat add a thicker headband to fill the gap. Otherwise a nice hat.

Great For What It Was Needed For :-)
I ordered this hat for my husband to use on Halloween (he wanted to be Heisenberg - NOT Walter White - from "Breaking Bad") and this was part of his costume. It fit so well and he looks so good in it that he's worn it several times on cold days after October 31st.

A Saxophone Player's Hat!!
I play Tenor Sax and as you well know, it's all about looking cool :) I get many "Thumbs up" on it, I have one for practicing and a new one to get married in 02/20/10, then it will be my gig hat!I have several Porkpies but these two are the best for the money!! And my horn sounds better when I wear it!! Great hat, sizing is correct... and I'm ordering a camel color one this week!!

Good quality but a bit small
Hat feels like it's made with sturdy material. I wear a 7 5/8" hat when I have hair. I shaved my head this week, and this hat is tight on my bald head. XL size could stand to be a bit larger.
