They work.
They work (for me). My hair has been thinning for years but these seem to help with regrowth / maintenance. I also buy them for my daughter who has very thick hair but it gets dry. She thinks they help her, too.

Amazing Product
I have been using this for YEARS! My hair is long, and thick. It makes my fingernails grow long and strong. When I am not taking it I notice a difference in my hair. It has become a staple. It also helped me restore hair volume post pregnancy.

I've been using this product off and on for over 10 years. I used to use the brown capsules that come in the blister pack, and these work just as well. Helps to grow my eyelashes much longer than biotin. My hair also grows thicker and darker as well.

Call me Cousin It.
This stuff really works. Every time people see me they comment on how long my hair has gotten. I am constantly clipping my nails. I've been using this for years now and it hasn't caused any cystic acne (which I'd occasionally get in adolescence) or other weird side effects you hear about with biotin supplements, and my skin also is more glowey (though that may coincide with my better skincare routine) too. It makes ALL your body hair grow faster so, um, consider that aspect of your budget when taking this supplement. I taught myself to thread and it saved me dough from visits to the aesthetician. I have recommended this to everyone and I haven't heard back on if it did or didn't work for them but at least for me, I think this is the real thing.

Helped Cure My Dry Frizzy Hair
I am 68 yrs old and have been highlighting my hair most of my life. Now that I have to take more RX medications for different things my hair has suffered because of it. It was very dry and frizzy looking. I went into a health food store one day and asked if they had something for this issue and the saleslady suggested these. I must say the exact same bottle, same strength and quantity there was $54. These are the same pills at half the price. Definitely can see an improvement in my hair. This is my third bottle and I will continue to take them as my daily routine. Will only by them from Amazon from now on.
