It's difficult to find a tablet with this combination of minerals and without vitamin D so these fit my needs well. Not exactly easy to swallow but not the biggest around. Would be great if they were smaller of course. It will take a few months to see if they have any real impact on my system but worth a try as at very worst they can't do any harm! Price bit high but ok.

I started these tablets for extra calcium required. The results so far are good. The magnesium is definitely helping me sleep better

These tablets are terrible. They are huge and not easy at all to swallow even when cut up. It's made even worse that you need to have at least 3 of these tablets per day. Not for me unfortunately
