Does this helmet have a strap to hold it on?

No, helmets do not come with chin strap.

Would these hats fit 5-9 year olds? The only reviews I see are for around 3 year olds... I need to know if these will be big enough for older kids.

We bought these for a party for a six year old. They are plenty big enough to fit but don't stay on well. They need a little rubber band strap to go under the chin like regular party hats have to keep them on. Hope that helps

Does it come with 1 pink hat like the picture shows or are they all red?

I got all pink hats. And my son’s birthday is tomorrow. So there’s no way of getting the red colors. Buyers BEWARE
