These snap into my print head like the OEM do.
I was very please with the fact that these inks tanks snapped right into my print head like the OEM ink tanks do. I had ordered a set of ink tanks, from another company that kept popping out of the print head. I couldn’t use the ink tanks from the other company, because I couldn’t get the ink tanks to stay in the print head. But these ink tanks, snapped right into my print head. The only thing I have to do now is to clean the print head, which I have to take out of the printer, after I removed the new ink tanks. I’m hoping these ink tanks print clear, after I clean the print head. I will be ordering more of these, after seeing how nicely they fit in the print head.

black ink was at less than 10% , 2 cartridges were difficult to get working
black ink was at less than 10% , 2 cartridges were difficult to get working but eventually did. I would like either a replacement black ink or a refund of enough to purchase one, as this product is not functional without it. -= Have been ignored by manufacturer, no reply, refund, or replacement =-

The magenta was leaking all inside the package!!!!
We haven’t used it enough to rate yet. But was disappointed that at least one color was leaking all in the bag it is wrapped in.after using for awhile I may give another rating! Thank you, Glenda Anderson

They work... but mine were all leaking, didn't have time to return and ruined my pants...

Works well
Works well with my old all-in-one Lexmark printer. Most third-party cartridges will not work as Lexmark has updated their firmware to reject most non-Lexmark cartridges. Could be my printer, but even after alignment, the text is a little bit jagged. Not so bad to be unusable, but just not as super crisp as you would from a laser printer.

Great product and Customer Service
I have purchased this product 3 times now. The last purschse I had an issue with 1 cartridge, and I contacted the company thru Amazon. They took care of the issue quickly and followed up with me to be sure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this product and seller.
