Really curbs cravings/hunger
This product really does a good job of making you feel full for longer. I will drink half a bottle for breakfast and then a few hours later finish it off as a snack. It keeps any cravings out of mind and keeps me feeling full for about 4 hours total for the bottle which is great and doing what was expected. The Cappuccino Delight is delicious, like a bottled Frappuccino in my view and is very satisfying.

Kow i know what flavor i want.
Ordered the variety back as i did not know what flavor i wanted. This was tamper resistant for sure with the heavy duty bottles and the seal.

Tastes great and I really like the premix version being lazy in the morning. Tastes great and keeps me full a good four hours being high protein.

Atkins is much better!
I accidentally bought this thinking I was buying Atkins which is my fav one. This one is just OK. It has a lil bit of an aftertaste that Atkins doesn’t. I wont purchase these again. If u want something thats rly good, no aftertaste, & not chalky, go for Atkins instead. The flavors in these aren’t great either. I’ll drink them bc I have them but won’t get them again.
