Nice quality for price
After months of heavy use these headphones Haven’t failed me yet. Great quality earbuds, with a long lasting charge. Nice quality sound for the price point And they do a great job with noise canceling and blocking out the outside world. Love the feature to play white noise and other natural sounds with IOS.

Amazing. Tiny acoustic wonders.
I was skeptical of true wireless buds, but the wood design appealed to my knowledge of acoustic quality and sound resonance with wood. The price beats air pods, so yah. I’ll take a shot. These sound almost as good as my Audio Technica studio monitor cans. It takes a few hours of listening to break them in, but it literally sounds like the sound is generated in the center of my skull, like the sound was MY idea. Bass actually rattles my frontal cortex and highs are clean and clear. Mids are still there so it’s not just fringe frequencies on the top and bottom. They stay in my ears pretty well even dancing around the kitchen. Only one thing is weird (my first true wireless, so maybe this is how they all are) they seem to pause and play every time I touch any part of them. So sensitive. Instructions are minimal so I don’t know if I can adjust volume yet. So far no. I did figure out that double tap on the secondary bud is forward and on the the primary is back.

Might not work with Windows 11. Otherwise great!
I got this in Oct 2021 (wheb it was much cheaper) and it's been fantastic for my needs. Clear sound, snug noise canceling fit, touch controls, small profile. I didn't take great care of them so eventually the charging contacts became touchy, but one good clean fixed them. After 3 years, I upgraded to Windows 11 and now they don't work. They disconnect and reconnect continuously and will only play quiet white noise. I emailed support details but never received a reply. They still work perfectly with my Samsung A53 phone and Windows 10 PCs. I purchased different newer earbuds that work great with Windows 11.

Great Sound, Comfort and Price But Horrible Bluetooth Connection On iPhone and iPad With Phone Calls
The sound quality and comfort were excellent for being true wireless Bluetooth buds. I didn't get a chance to test the noise "cancellation" feature, though I think it is more of a noise "isolation" than "cancellation." The reason these got just 1 star was because they do NOT work at all with the iPhone or iPad (I have the XSMax and the Air 4, both of which are updated to the most current iOS.) I paired them with each device and made calls both on cellular and wifi and they did fine until I put the buds back in the charging case and answered an incoming call that I got. They continued to reconnect and disconnect from my phone during the phone call even though they were in the case and the case was closed. I even manually switched my call to both the speaker and direct modes on my phone and the connection still kept activating and deactivating about every 5-6 seconds, causing my call to repeatedly cut out from the phone. After the fifth time they did this, I found that to use my phone without them, I had to unpair them from my phone and delete them from the Bluetooth list, then re-pair them when I wanted to use them. These definitely have potential for the sound, comfort, size, quality of materials and price, but definitely need improvements so the Bluetooth works properly.

Quality and class!
I have a couple pair of corded Symphonized earbuds that I love, when I can use them. Most my devices have chosen to delete the headphone jack... so I saw these the other day and had to try them. They are crisp, and have ample bass. I love them. They pair just fine with my Samsung phone.

A better iteration, but not great.
First off, I have to say that I'm a Symphonized fanboy. This is another great step in the correct direction, but fails in a few aspects. Great sound. Not booming. No crackle. As expected from Symphonized. Great battery life, which is a marked improvement from their initial iteration. On to the poor aspects. The Bluetooth quality is not the best. While range is good, maintaining the connection, regardless of distance, is rare fault (happens every 3-4 days). It will drop signal if I'm holding my phone, or if my phone is in the other room. It may just be that I lost the silicon lottery on this, but if this is a problem, Symphonized should know. Then the touch is a bit too sensitive. I was chewing a very tasty pizza and somehow my ear paused the playback (one touch causes pause). I'm looking forward to the next iteration.

Wood is cool
I've had several products from Symphonized over the years, and they've all been great at the price point. These earbuds are no exception. The sound is quite respectable, with a full and only slightly loose bass response. The sound is even and easily eqed to get any sound one could want. For the price I think these punch way above their weight class. And the wood elements do make for a unique and classy vibe.

Really enjoying these so far!
I've been buying headphones/earphones from Symphonized for years. I've generally been very impressed with the sound quality for the price. I've enjoyed their tethered wireless earphones up until now. These are my first pair of true wireless earbuds and I have to say the sound is fantastic. Crisp, clean sound and booming bass. The built in power/forward/backward button built into the wooden surface of the buds is a little quirky, but that might just be because I'm used to control buttons on the wire connecting the tethered buds rather than on the buds themselves. The real test will be using them outside while I'm working in the yard. The tethered wireless earbuds tend to lose the connection signal even when my phone is right in my pocket, but these true wireless buds are the first to incorporate Bluetooth 5.0 technology, so I'm hopeful that they will perform better outside. I'll update this review as the weather warms up!

Brilliant design and function I wasn't a fan of pods but these changed my mind

When I first got the Symphonized SNRGY pair of wireless earbuds, I tested them and they worked fine then. I like the sound quality and the comfort, typical of other Symphonized products. I then kept the earbuds for several months in their charging box, without ever using them. When I tried them again after some time, I realised that my left earbud behaves as if it is being constantly touched for several seconds at a time, with a few seconds break in between. Even when I am not touching it. What this means: - the left earbud goes on and off frequently. - it drains the battery of the storage box even when it's stored, since it goes on and off at all times, and needs to be recharged. - when playing media on my phone, it decreases the volume all the way to the minimum. Even if I increase the volume again, it will go down since the left earbud thinks someone is touching it. And that's not the end: the earbud will keep on thinking the user wants to keep on decreasing the volume. I keep hearing an annoying voice: "Minimum volume!" over and over again. Unfortunately for me, I can no longer return this item, which I have used for a very short period of time. Touch control on earbuds seems like a great idea, until it does not work properly. I would have preferred actual physical buttons in that case. Or at least, some app which can disable the touch controls. I have made sure the earbuds surface is clean and even reset them using the instructions from the manual to no avail. The charging case with the earbuds in it could be used as an expensive paperweight. Too bad it can't go to the regular bin, but maybe it can be disposed where used batteries are accepted. I have used Symphonized products for years. I wanted this one to work. But as long as the wireless SNRGY earbuds have wonky touch controls, I don't recommend them at all.

Comfort and Looks: These earphones look the part. Nice smooth wood and just the right size. They're really light too which surprised me. When in situ they feel comfortable and I soon forget they are there. Best of all they don't fall out when I'm working out Connectivity and Sound: Well the sound is very acceptable. With these you get a decent bass and nice highs, though there is a greater concentration around the mids that perhaps you'd get if you pay out for the best phones of this type. Having said that I've had far more expensive earbuds where the sound has been no better or even worse. Connecting to my Android phone via Bluetooth was a breeze and I've not experienced any cutting out when my phone is with me.. Charging: Charging is easy as you'd expect via the included case and USB cable. I've yet to have them run out on me after a week, and that's using them most days when jogging for around an hour each day. So on that basis I'm getting at least 7 to 8 hours of use on a single charge. Summary: All in all a very decent pair of earbuds. OK you're probably paying a bit for the "wood" but they're still very good value taking everything into account. If the sound reproduction was just that bit better they'd easily get five stars from me, but I think in reality they're a very strong four.

The earbuds are very nicely presented and finished and would give a good impression if received as a present. They were supplied with a charging lead, case and six pairs of earpieces. The case contains a battery so that once the earbuds are returned to the case they start charging automatically. The case holds enough charge to recharge the earbuds a number of times. The earbuds have an interesting wood design that is supposed to help the acoustic performance. The instructions provided explain how to pair the earbuds, which is extremely straightforward and steady. I have not had any dropouts in normal use. The earbuds have a number of audio responses, speaking in your ear when pairing as well as having visual responses from very small LEDs. There are a number of instructions that can be given by simply touching the surface of the earbuds such as touch to start or stop audio playing. These commands work well but care is needed when putting the earbuds in as the audio can be switched on or off by accident. The earbuds are about average size for Bluetooth earbuds and fit easily in my ear and are very comfortable in use. I use a single earbud to listen to podcasts when walking but I am unsure if this switches the signal to mono or if I only get one channel. The quality of sound is very good and better than I would have expected at this price point. Sound settings are subjective and I tend to prefer a flat sound that I can then adjust by boosting different frequencies with software. I am no audiophile but I would say that these earbuds have a tendency to boost low frequencies. This sort of sound is popular and goes well with modern music. It is perhaps less ideal with other genres. Of course, there is plenty of software that will allow sound to be adjusted to taste, the important issue being quality of sound which is good. The earbuds have an impressive battery life and work remarkably well with video conferencing. They look premium and considering the price of some other brands I think these represent good value for money and so I am happy to recommend.

Overall I am happy with this product. The quality of sound is up to my standards, the wood decoration is beautiful, there are not connection problems with my Android phone. My main problems come with the functionality of the product (some of this problems probably relate to other earbuds). The touch sensor is very sensitive and its is very hard to take off without pausing or playing by mistake. This is a problem if you want to stop briefly to have a conversation (for instance to purchase a coffee). You need to take them off to talk but then you cannot control the pause/play while they are at your hand. I preferred the old SNRGY wireless that came with a cable connecting both buds. Not only was easy to control the pause/play, but you did not need to worry about what happens when you take them off (they joined magnetically around your neck). It is a pity that that line got discontinued. Finally I am not convinced about the charging case. It is very nice, but a bit bulky, making it a bit uncomfortable object in your pocket. A longer thinner one would have been better.
