Capsules are so much more convenient than taking coconut oil straight from a jar. I like the quality of these capsules of coconut oil, and love that they are pure and solvent free! Also, Made in the USA is always a good thing, and I know Schwartz Bioresearch is reputable. I also bought the Turmeric, and Coconut Oil helps with absorption of Turmeric (as it is fat soluble).If you know coconut oil, you know that it can solidify at near room temperature. If you keep them stored in a cooler place, they will be white-looking. If you store them in a warmer place, they will look like the oil inside that you may expect. At room temperature, they may be half-and-half. These changes do not affect the quality, so don't worry - it is completely normal. I, however, prefer to store mine in a cooler place.Coconut oil is reknowned for its health benefits - it is one of the "good fats" that our body needs. It helps your skin, helps to prevent heart disease and high blood pressure, improves memory and brain function, and is even noted as a potential natural treatment for Alzheimer's - go ahead and google it!
