The product was delivered promptly and arrived in good condition, but does it work?I trialled this product on the stairmaster over the course of a month in comparison to a month without it. It sure does make you breathe harder and it raised my peak exercising heart rate from 165bpm to 185+bpm and left me feeling almost dizzy and caused a gradual decline in physical performance. Don't waste your time on this product as research is still mixed and not clear cut on this product according to my opinion. Other then that, it's a nice fancy mask if you want to look like Bane.

Bought this for my daughter who is walking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in May. She practically lives in it, even wearing it for a couple of hours watching TV. It has proved very effective in even a short time, and she can wear it in comfort already for clmbing our local hills. She reports an amazing improvement in her breathing, and she is able to measure this with some accuracy using the 6-point scale and lever. And there are some excellent videos on u-tube using this particular altitude training mask which cover every detail of using it correctly.

Great for high altitude training and scaring the women away

This is a cool concept on fitness really pushing you when doing cardio. This mask is comfortable but the strap does sometimes slip down the back of your head but apart from that it’s ok. When training with it on it definitely restricts your breathing but I wouldn’t recommend using the hardest mode until you have had some training with it as it really does not let you breathe much. On the scientific side I haven’t seen a help in my breathing when doing fitness after using it for months.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit. I had been training for about a month before I got this and have used it over 10 times since. It makes the workout more difficult and I only have it on the first setting. Now I use it from time to time as most gyms don't allow these masks, but I use it when I train outside and I can feel the difference especially with strength and that's only after using it for about a month. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to make their workouts more rewarding.

Package came next day as stated. Came all packaged up lovely and neat and once out the box, it is a badass looking bit of kit! You can notice immediately the different levels on your breathing.Can’t say how effective it is on my fitness yet as I’ve only just got it, however I will update once I notice any changes.

I ordered for altitude training and did not help at all with that. I wish I would have taken a few proper altitude training sessions at altitude centers. Improper preparation for altitude cost me my Kilimanjaro climb and did not make it to the top. False advertising claiming it helps with altitude, might do a bit but do not count on this only.
