Amazing product and build quality, everyone should have it

Product is just amazing It fits easily - water pressure is very strong 100% recommended

Very good quality but was very late to receive and needs adjustment for kids

Doesn’t fit new toilet models I bought and found it’s not useful as it can’t be fixed

The information for size doesn't help. I made the order on the basis they said it fit most toilet without specifying what most toilets mean. The distance between the two screws of my toilet is 28 cm which is way too big for the bidet to be installed. I believe the max distance between screws for the bidet to work is around 19-20cm (not sure exactly). So it end you the bidet is too small to be installed. Aside from the fact that the T-connector as well is not compatible (though I was going to buy adapters to make it work) due to the screws thing above, I cannot install the bidet. I requested for a return. They should make all measurements available from the beginning to avoid the hussle.

I have bought this Luxe bidet Neo 185 Elite and it's superb. Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it. Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there. Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging. I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service 👏. And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each. I am so happy i invested on this product and not on those cheaper ones because I got a lot more than expected and the quality of product is top notch 👌 I would recommend this product to anyone. Very happy customer 😀 🚽
