Where are these balls made? google says dunlop balls are made in the phillipines, but i don't see that mentioned here in the product description.

These are made in Taiwan. It does say it on the back of packaging. This is the only ball made in Taiwan due to the bigger size of the ball.

Are these felt or foam balls?
