I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. I have continued to purchase because it is a quality vitamin from a quality brand

I don’t really have anything social to say about this product. It’s not the brand’s fault really, I just don’t think the hype is worth the proported results. It has a slight taste, but not strong and not gross. It doesn’t upset my stomach. The pills are pretty large though and the serving size on supplements like this is ridiculous. You’re supposed to take like 3 huge pills twice a day. That just doesn’t work for me. Easy enough to swallow, but not really worth the effort to me.
