PHYSIOTREX® Physiotherapy Mini Ultrasonic Machine Equipment with Timer

I had received PHYSIOTREX Digital Ultrasonic Heavy Ultrasound Machine for Physiotherapy yesterday. Packing was excellent . However today after unpacking during instalation I faced some difficulty which raised doubt about the quality and performence of the machine, I uploaded my complaint with pictures/ video to Amazon site as well as to the manufacturer. The complaint was immedialy attended and it was explained what extra points to be followed for desired installation and performance. As this was not mentioned in their Operating mannual, the immediately assured that these will be included in their manual as supplied with the equipment.The equipment was put into operation and found to be working satisfactorily. However I need to see its consistancy of performence in long run at least for a year. However they deserve 5 stars for delivery, packing, and after sales support.

Item not working, heat not generating even 1st use.

Bought this handheld machin for my mom’s knee pain, and it’s been a great help. Now she can get pain relief at home without going to the therapist. It’s easy to use

I am using it for the past three years. Its a very good product. Do buy it

It has been not even a month and it has stopped heating.
