Awful product support- Would not replace a factory defect item.
Our son received this kit when he was too young to use it. Upon opening it, we discovered a factory defective part that would typically be an easy replacement. But since we were out of warranty period, they decided they were not required to offer a replacement for an item slipped passed their QC department at the factory..Thanks Sphero and Quinn. You saved $5 and we were left with an incomplete, defective toy.We're never buying or retaining anything from this company again.
