My blonde hair has darkened with age (I'm in my 50's), so I have been coloring it since my 40's. This kit changes my dark reddish blonde hair to a clear golden blonde. It is not shockingly light, just a natural looking golden blonde. Also, this kit gets the red out, which other products that I have tried were not able to do. I don't know how they do it, but this color has several tones in it, so it doesn't come out looking flat and unnatural. I hope they never stop making this color! I tried so many useless kits before I found this. Most of them have no effect on hair that is already blonde.

great color, I have strawberry blonde hair, and I lighten it once in a while (usually during the fall) to blend the summer hair color with my darker hair color. This turned out to be a little lighter than I was expecting, but I love it!

This is the only blonde hair color that will make your hair look very natural. It really doesn't cover the grays which disappoints me, but I leave it in for 40 minutes so the color looks light even though I have naturally brown hair.

Caused my scalp to burn quite a bit but I held on until the 20 mins was up. Results were good--glad it didn't burn off my hair.
