Q: Does the glass bottle have seams, where the glass was fused together. Or is it a single piece?

The bottom of the bottle is like that of a canning jar, there are slight ridges. I an not sure if this is the product of a "seam" or simply a design inclusion? If you are worried about leaking, this bottle does not leak and I do not see how it even could. Our last soap dispenser had an obvious seam at the bottom and did leak. Not this on.

Q: Is this dishwasher safe ?

Yes, it is a glass bottle. I would either hand wash the top or top rack only on a dishwasher.

Q: Could I use this as a body wash dispenser?

Of course! I use it in the kitchen and it very durable. It should be just as useful anywhere for anything you choose in the bathroom.
