BWE Kitchen Sink Faucet Wall Mount

When looking for products, I always first look at features and then at reviews to see if it may meet my expectations. In this case, I knew I wanted a commercial, wall mounted faucet with a separate goose neck sprayer and, since this was for my garage (where I installed a stainless restaurant counter and sink), I knew it needed to be both sturdy and affordable. The reviews looked more than decent and I even knew that the few folks that complained that the wall mounted stabilizer (saying it was too long) were just being silly and didn't know how to trim those to use. It was exactly what I wanted. When I opened it up, it felt sturdy and there was no issue with assembling it right away. My only mistake was that I over tightened the parts that sealed with rubber sealing washers---I just didn't know how tight to go and I basically distroyed the first ones that I did. Fortunately, they included a full set of spares! Problem solved. But that is not why I am writing this review. The faucet worked perfectly and the sprayer pattern is also really nice. But again, not why I am writing the review. NO LEAKS! But again.... not it. It is the customer service. In this day and age, I am used to horrible customer service or at least lack luster. I had an issue that wasn't with the faucet---in my particular instance, I had a request that on a part that I wanted to see if they had---it was a modification to the product more than anything---something I was willing to pay for, but really I was just asking if it was possible. They took the time to write me back, ask me specific questions, and come up with a plan to accommodate me. And they did that without question, without issue and in a super timely manner. It quite literally makes me want to be better to those around me. The part that I desired came a week later, shipped from over seas, with my happiness and satisfaction as their goal. Goal achieved. I have saved this seller and will not hesitate to purchase from them again and again. Thank you for caring, for a great product, and phenomenal customer service.

I am pretty happy with this faucet. I don’t get really excited over faucets but for the review I have to say that I was a little worried it was gonna be cheap quality. Once I received it and installed it I think it’s pretty good quality. Very easy to install and extra parts were provided. I did not have any issues installing or using this faucet. No leaks or anything. Been using for several months and still no issues.

The installation took around 10 minutes as it was very straight forward with adjustable wrenches. The included Teflon tape was a nice touch because I couldn't find where I put my roll. So far so good, no leaks and it seems decent enough to last at least a good long while. There are no leaks and it doesn't feel flimsy. The only small thing I noticed is that the cold water handle goes further back than the hot water but that's usually an easy fix. I'd recommend it because there's no way I was going to spend $200 for an Eagle Group Sink Replacement.

This faucet was great for us but it’s outside and we had a hard freeze and we didn’t turn off the water as we should have. An internal piece broke and I’ve tried to contact the vendor to inquire about replacement parts but have had no response. Hoping to not have to shell out more money to replace this faucet. Especially since it was my own negligence by not turning off the water in an unheated space but I need help. Hope the vendor sees my review because otherwise this was a great product

I love the performance of this faucet and it’s good material and looks.

Installing this faulty product has caused thousands of dollars of damage to our house. It arrived without instructions and important gaskets. We installed it and within minutes had leaking and flooding in our basement. We had to tear open the wall to look for the source of our leak and pay for emergency repair where the plumber told us this kit was missing gaskets. Which we would have more readily recognized if there had been any instructions. This package was shrink wrapped but I’m assuming was used and the seller just shrink wrapped an incomplete product without even verifying all the necessary components were included. Now we have a cut off water line, giant hole in the wall, non-functioning faucet, and out a good amount of money. Awful product and company. Stay away
