I wanted a simple, steam-free iron and this does the job. Great price. I don't see the wisdom in spending 80-300 for an iron when you can get this one. I don't have need to do a lot of ironing so this is perfect for me.

What a wonderful iron - I realise now how bad my last one was! I don't use a steam iron, so just wanted a lightweight flat/dry iron and this really fits the bill. The handle is very easy to hold/grip even with my arthritic hands, and it weighs practically nothing . . . and yet, gives a wonderfully ironed finish with very little effort. I can thoroughly recommend. (Also, contrary to some of the reviews, it DOES have a normal UK 3-pin plug).
