Spicy, sweet, best for ribs or chicken

My wife had planned a birthday party for me & ribs were on the menu. Her ribs are phenomenal as is but I usually add some sriracha or other sauce to kick up the heat level a little for my ribs. I decided to bypass the middleman and find a sauce that already had some heat. This is the one I picked! I based my decision on the reviews and heat level. I didn’t want something that would toast my nose hairs, but I also didn’t want something that tickled and the reviews have high stars. The sauce is thick, dark and coats well. The flavor is great - not too sweet or overpowering - and accents the meat well. The heat level is respectable. It takes the heat up just high enough to say hello but then backs off. That’s exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to enjoy my ribs and not cry while eating them. I save the crying for reaper sauce wings - lol. If you’re on the fence, give this sauce a go. If you’re looking for a great tasting sauce with decent heat, this should be right up your alley. If you want something that’ll have you breathing fire, this isn’t it.

Love the flavor overall, it is a bit sweeter than expected but it does have a little spice kick aftertaste. Still probably too expensive for what it delivers but a nice flavor altogether.

I was looking for a new BBQ sauce that didn't have High fructose corn syrup in it, but with a kick. This is thankfully the first I've tried, and by far the best BBQ sauce I've ever had. The kick isn't enough to ruin the flavor, but just enough to make you taste it. The sauce tastes amazing. This beats out Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle which I was using prior. The only downside is the thickness of the sauce, It still spreads easily, but it's definitely thicker than normal BBQ sauce (Better than watery sauce for sure). Will be buying again.
