I think the only way is to contact the company and hope they will sell them to you. The thing I do now is to glue them with super glue both the hooks and the earbud padding.

If it connects via the charging port of the iPhone, how does sound come through? That's not an audio port. Does it require then using bluetooth?

Apple uses the same port for charging and audio. It does not go through Bluetooth. Just plug it in and it works.
