Will it fit Greenwing Macaw? If not, do they have a larger size?

They could prob fit into it but my Amazon does not like it because it is enclosed. I think it would be better with the top off if that were possible. I have had zero success with this.

Is there a mat to put in the bottom of this? My Cockatiel is afraid of it.

No, we don't have a mat for it, if you you cocklatiel is afraid of the clearn bottom, you cam stick a paper on the outside of the bird bath bottom.

What is the anti-skid material made of that is on the cage?

There is not a mat, inside or out. The inside floor is a raised mesh sort of design and the outside bottom is not as smooth as the rest of the body of the bath. Not that this matters, really, but my African Grey never went in it. I tried it in all areas of the cage, as well as on the top so he could see it when he was out of the cage. I even taped a light brown piece of material to outside bottom so it looked like a floor. No way for mine.
