Looks like they won't list the ingredients in the order required by law here. That means there is little caffeine in the product.. Too bad.

Yes it is really fresh and you can use at anytime

Yes, it does work on your thighs as well as your mid section ,love handles and anywhere else that there’s cellulite or stubborn erea. I use it while working out and I also use the black plastic wrap to enhance my workouts meaning help me sweat. I hope this was somewhat helpful.
