I LOVE this product. My husband tolerates it. :) The garlic is really powerful and that means it's really smelly. He says every time I open the bottle, it smells like a pizzeria. That smell insures me that I am receiving a pure product. I take this with my niacin to keep the cholesterol in check and I will continue to buy this product as I see the results when I have my semi-annual blood work.

I just got my first bottle. I have used this product line before and it seems reputable to me. I am a 45 yo hisp/native american who has had escalating high cholesterol. Right now, 222 LDL, 130 HDL. Going to give this a try even though it is not "kyloic" and hope I don't stink! What I do appreciate about this supplement is that when I smell and pop it in my mouth, I literally sense (smell and taste) that it is the same sensation as when I chop the real deal and put it on toast. I've asked my coworkers and hubby to tell me if I get that "off gassing" smell you can tell when someone is taking garlic supplements. Only a couple days in, but I'll keep you posted. I only intend to take this in the evening occasionally and on the weekends in the event it is putrid. And will repost in a year hoping my levels will be down. But will also be doing oatmeal with cinnamon daily...so that is something to consider....along with the fact I will use organic garlic on toast each mooring. BUT! It is also cold and flu season! Lets see if I don't get sick!!

I wanted to wait over a month before giving a review. Right away, I noticed the strong smell and taste when swallowing them. Personally, it does not bother me, and it seems fresh. I do not have trouble with the type of pill, but recommend taking them with enough water, so they do not get stuck on your throat. I have seen good results in the five weeks of taking them, and ordered a second bottle (no discount or anything, it was just upon liking the effects). While it is hard for me to remember to take them twice a day for the maximum benefits, it is worth it. I would encourage people that consistency is key, supplements are not a one time and get automatic results. I worked at Whole Foods in the Health and Beauty Department, and I really do like the quality they use. That is probably the most important aspect to me, as it seems to determine the results the most. It is honestly worth paying more, or the money is just wasted anyway.

I am trying to lower my cholesterol in a natural way, so these have been perfect! I will admit I haven’t been 100% compliant with taking them every day so far, but I feel sooo much better knowing they are all organic! I love garlic so taking these are no big deal, but honestly there is never a bad after taste or “tasting garlic later”, so even if you aren’t a garlic fan they will quickly go down the hatch and you can carry on with your day.

The Santa of garlic is quite evident when you open the bottle. This bottle is dark to protective The product inside. The only complaint I have half of his garlic and stomach upset so make sure you eat or drink something before you take it. You may also want to take some thing for your stomach as it does cause a little discomfort and nausea at first. Something as minimal as Tums or Rolaids will work great.
