No instructions inside. Lots of parts which may or may not be important. Poor quality for the money

It's a nice phone holder, fit is nice. vibrates a little when travellingphone doesn't fit standing up while plugged in, the usb cable sticks out the bottom of the phone. can only use my phone turned sideways. Not a deal breaker that is how I intend to use it but would be nice to have the option for other apps that do not have landscape mode.another issue is the back plate doesn't need to be a square flat piece. it could be cut out to allow for fingerprint and camera use. again not a deal breaker. just with people who design these things actually tried to use them before selling them.

This thing is best!Also the instructions were the worst thing about it. It came with instructions about how to installed the base. Nothing that stated how to fit an XL phone. I have the basic Radio/CD/AUX in my jeep with no screen other then the small one that tells you what radio station or track number your on.So this is a huge help. I can put my iPhone 11 Max Pro in it, connect it to the AUX of the stereo to have hand free phone calls. It easy to adjust, I use my phone sideways with it so I can use GPS and Maps. Every thing in reach too and up by the window so you don't got to take your eyes off the road.

Very pleased with this, it fits the dash well and by using the longer cradle claws and orienting the cradle horizontally (which is the only sane way..lol) it easily accommodated my Samsung S9+ in its Spigen phone case. A plus-sized smartphone in this cradle goes an awfully long way to cheaply getting you a similar experience to one of those Android aftermarket touch screen stereo replacements. Install Android Auto or use the Google Assistant and you get a pretty slick interface in an old vehicle..
