Update: they gave us a partial refund for the issues we had. The girls love the bed and I sleep on the bottom bunk sometimes.My husband started putting the bunk bed together this evening and has stopped because he identified at least six places where there are missing pre-drilled holes. Luckily he has the tools (just needs to locate them) to drill the holes himself and hopefully tomorrow will finish putting this bed together. Our girls are really excited about it, so I'm hoping this is the only roadblock we encounter. I attached a picture and circled where he indicated the holes should have been. A tab disappointed so far.

Very good quality. Fairly easy to assemble. Daughter loves it.

It’s so wobbly. It’s A very cute bed. We have had ours for nearly a year. It was great for a few months, but now when the kid on the top bunk (under 40 lb) rolls over the whole thing sways or shakes. I would not consider this sturdy and I’m looking at ways to reinforce it.

This is THE CUTEST bunk bed ever! I was shocked on the price because similar beds like this cost 1k and over. Honestly the quality of everything is amazing and I know it will last years with my crazy kiddos !!! I feel like we scored lolAlso, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, we had one little part that got damaged in the shipping process and they sent the part immediately to us with no fees or issues and we’re incredibly kind about it.

Looks great! The wood that’s used is not solid wood so it’s a big more wobbly then solid wood... I see this bed breaking within 2-3 years. BUT it does look very cute and is good for a first time but.One huge problem was not with the bed but the schematic (instruction book)...it’s riddled with mistakes. The image were drawn the wrong way so when I followed it to a T, I had to go back and undo a lot of work because their holes on the image didn’t line up with the actual parts. I ended up giving up on the schematic and just large doing it myself.

My kids love the bed. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough for my crazy kids and is adorable.

We loved it! Take a few hours to assemble but it's easy. We leave in an apartment ceiling is somewhat low but it fit perfectly.

I LOVE this bed! The directions were easy to follow, but it did take a long time to put together.This bed is super sturdy, and not too high. One downside is that there is no storage. It would be great if there were some built in drawers or something
