Can you put it in the dishwasher?

I think the description says not dishwasher proof. I would chance it. They're not that robust. I clean mine with a quick soak and washing up brush.

I believe it is BPA free. It is definitely made from non-toxic food grade TPR. Hope this helps.

Does it work for dry cat food?

Hi You can crumble dry cat food onto the mat but would recommend wet food or something that your cat likes the taste of that can be smeared onto the mat so that they can lick it off. Hope that helps. Thanks DC
