It tastes as expected it would. It is an artificial product, so it doesn't taste like freshly squeezed grapes. I needed something to add to the Grape Stevia soda and the Grape Seltzer to make it taste like something worth drinking.I need to know the nutrition information since I track my carb intake for diabetes. Grape soda is rare here in Las Vegas. Cherry soda is non-existent. Black cherry is sometimes available, but that is not the same.I will buy this again for home made soda and snow cones. I remember something called purple cow. This may work better than when I added grape Kool-aid to milk.With a magnifying glass, I was able to find and read the nutrition information.
