Are the casseroles white white or off white as shown in the picture? I need off-white to match my dishes. Thanks!

We have two options for this set, Matte White and White, which is glossy. They are both true, bright white. We have other ceramic dishes in Rustic Ivory, which is an off-white color.

What size is each dish?

They're nearly identical in height, the small one is big enough for a side dish for for people such as cream spinach asparagus or Mashed sweet potatoes. The larger one is a great size if you're doing stuffed shells for 4 people or a baked ziti
