I don’t know too much about cars but I do know enough, so I hope my explanation makes a little sense to someone who knows what they’re doing. there is a plate on here that’s magnetic and supposed to have a positive and negative side but... if u buy this product check that piece the magnet is not right. And you cannot just swap the piece with the old one. The shape is a little off but it can fit

Bought as a stand by for my Benz. Past experience with cars that have heavy drain electronics kill batteries and alternators often. Mine has killed the battery already, so I am ready for the alternator to go.
