Q: can this be hooked up in the rv on a wall or by the tv??

Anywhere between the output of the OTA antenna and the TV. Usually what we recommend is just taking a splitter from the output of the OTA antenna, have one of the lines going into the meter and the other line going to the TV.

Q: How can you hook this device up since the rotation box must be hooked up by antenna coax in/tv coax out in order to rotate the antenna.Use splitters?

Mine didn't work, but I believe you can hook it up to the tv coax out on your rotator, & then to your tv.

Q: Can i use this to find cable from my antenna amongst coubles that are in rv.I might have a bad cable an would like to isolate problem .
