Quite useless
I'm quite sure this is a fake product. Among other things, magnesium—especially in the form of magnesium oxide—typically has a, let’s say, loosening effect on bowel movements. This? Nothing. That’s a pretty clear sign that whatever this is, it’s definitely not magnesium oxide.
