As described. The bar is made of plastic so it won't take lots of weight but for me as woman is great.It is a good price too.

Good quality weights worth the price not too heavy fairly lightweight which was good cause If I wanted to do heavy ones I'd go to they gym the clip that holds the weights in does come loose though so just gotta make sure it's tightly secured or your going to break your foot

Really befitting for purpose

I bought these recently and on one of the dumbbells I cant screw the clasp down to secure the weights! It's far too tight. So I only effectively have use of one dumbell.It would have been 5* otherwise

The weights are easy to add to the rods and screw into place. Unlike some of the comments I have seen in the reviews, once they are screwed in place they stay there. I am 80 and do not have very good hand strength but have no problems tightening them. The range of weights give good flexibility to to gradually build them up. I also noted that some reviews have failed to see that the total weight is 20 kg. The weights add up to 19kg and the two rods another 1 kg so up to two 10 kg dumbbells can be used. I hope I can get up to this level, currently at 5.5kg! Very reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Very good and stable

Item was delivered as seen in the images posted. I'll say it matched my expectations and only feedback willl be the collars could have been a lot better in ensure weights doesn't loosen while using the dumbells
