This turmeric smells very fresh and has a robust flavor. It is superior to a brand I had been buying, and I think it is a good value for the quantity of the spice. I usually do not buy this much at once, so I froze three 2-ounce bags and filled one spice jar with turmeric to store in the refrigerator. Turmeric does not do well for more than a couple of months on the pantry shelf no matter what kind it is, so I recommend refrigeration unless you plan to use the full bag within a couple of months. It is definitely a high quality product.

This powder seems to be high quality. It is strong and a deep color . It mixes well in milk . We use it to make golden milk . I can't tell you if it's doing what we hope it will do but it is a good product . I think the quality is high.

Feel Good Organics' turmeric is absolutely amazing. Prior to the track season when I was weight lifting, I eventually could not do leg day--much less squat with my own body weight--before my hips and knees ached in pain. So for the last two months I have not done lower body workouts. As a result, this track season was a disaster given my joints killed me every step I took (being a sprinter only made it worse). Then I came across turmeric and its proclaimed benefits. I read some personal testimonies and scholarly journals and they all supported turmeric's advertised health benefits. After taking a decent spoonful (probably a few grams more than a tablespoon) every day for a week, the pain in my joints when going up stairs completed depleted. Currently I about to enter my second week consuming this product and can run with no pain. Unfortunately, due to my whack schedule I have not been able to go to the weight room to see if I can do lower body weights. Something important I will mention is I put the curcumin (powder form of turmeric) in near boiling water and drink it after dinner. Hypothetically, I believe drinking curcumin before bed with no additives such as milk and sugar makes it more potent. While I have not been able to find any scholarly documents supporting this claim, it does make sense given the body heals while sleeping and the more solvents added in a solution will dilute the solvent, forcing your body to take more time. And I did read another review stating it took a lady two weeks to feel the pain subdue, however as I stated, it only took me a week--though I also probably took more than her per day and am in my prime years. Not only is the turmeric great, but Feel Good Organic's customer service is completely focused on ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Surprisingly, Brad Harbach, one of the company's co-founders sent me an email, thanking me for purchase and even included his personalized golden milk recipe. I have yet to try it, but I am looking forward to soon for it looks much better than how I am drinking it currently. A bonus is it is a growing, Seattle based company, making it local for me. In summary, Feel Good Organics' is an outstanding company selling a high quality, effective product. I would recommend this product and company to anyone. I'm a Turmeric "newbie" and got a good feeling about the FEEL GOOD organic turmeric powder & its reviews. The directions on the back suggest one (1) Tablespoon. Upon opening this very nice bag, the golden hue is brilliant. I added the 1 Tablespoon to my smoothie drink and blended... the taste was so strong. Upon drinking it, I felt this kind of rush throughout my body and brain (mind?). I decided quickly that one (1) Tablespoon was way too intense (taste & feel) for a beginner. I wrote to FEEL GOOD to (a) suggest they consider recommending a lesser amount or a range and (b) was my reaction normal. I received a very prompt response very kindly answering my points, apologizing for my not-so-feel-good reaction and they wanted to credit me what I spent....and they did. I never asked for this and my intention was to continue using this quality product--very impressive. I've been adding 1/2 teaspoon to my drinks now and feel good about adding this. I haven't a clue if or what it is doing as I am also taking Curcumin in capsules to help with inflammation.

Great product, i felt the difference

Excellant product. Used for my dog. A very small amount, and ir is very beneficial for your dogs health.

This stuff immediately begins targeting any hyperpygmentation you have in your face. Also leaves a smooth feeling after the fact. As you’ll find on most sites, mix with honey & water for an enhanced result (throw whatever else makes you feel good inside as well). Be careful, this stuff can get messy in a hurry. Immediately wash in and around your sink if you notice the orange hue of the turmeric making its mark. If you’ve got fingernails yes it will stain there as well (nothing permanent though). But it’s totally worth it!! Also this stuff is edible and can also be used as a spice in dishes. It’s recommended that you eat some as well to also help further combat ACNE and improve the overall quality of your skin. BTW, I conduct my mixing inside a shaving bowl (stainless steel). It’s quite effective. I use my bare hands cuz I don’t mind getting a lil dirty. Lastly, legend has it that brides to be in India cover their entire bodies in turmeric on the night before they say “I do”. Apparently many happy weddings have occurred as a result.

Tastes great. Really works as a treatment for osteoporosis and GOUT ( I think) Won’t keep you up. I take turmeric capsules and it works very well for hand osteoporosis but I think this works very well too. I stopped having big toe gout pain or at least it’s very mild when it does happen when I started taking this but still drink beer. I have a cup an hour or more before bed with my thought being it will be nourishing my kidneys while I sleep. I like a cup mid day too. I started taking a capsule of potassium sometimes too. So I don’t know. But I know it feels great not having a sore toe. Or joint pain. Age 72 and in very good health. Don’t drink alcohol within a couple or three hours of bed I believe is quite important too.
